Terms and Conditions

1. If there is a prior record of your referral in our system, and it has been in the system for a year or less, they will not be able to participate in the program.
2. Previous buyers cannot be referred or refer themselves.
3. 3. Registrations must be a minimum of six hours before the closing of the sale.
4. The referral is valid for three months (90 calendar days) from the registration in our system.
5. Payment for the Program will be made after the property has been duly titled and as long as the Purchase Price has been paid.
6. The benefits will be issued to the registrant and are non-transferable.
7. Selva Escondida's Sales Consultants and Commercial Allies may not participate.
8. Improper handling of this program may result in its cancellation.
9. Program, terms, and conditions effective from August 20, 2024, until further notice.
